Local history is woven through this photo presentation as Suzanne Pautler follows the business and community minded Kramolowsky family from Washington to Union. This active family lived in the pulse of activity in downtown Union from the late 1800s to the 1930s. Suzanne will highlight local places and happenings, along with little-known activities in the community.
Suzanne Pautler’s interest in Franklin Co. history started as a youth while living in the Jeffriesburg area where her ancestors settled in the mid-1800s. Suzanne has been a member and leader in various organizations over the years, including historic and writing societies. She has a background in teaching and genealogy research, which come together as she investigates historical details, both of her familys history and the places they lived. Suzanne is coordinating these Local History Classes with Sue.
